At San Diego Drums & Totes, we strive to ensure your industrial packaging and storage solutions meet your exact specifications. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the drums, totes, or accessories are unused, clean, and in their original condition to qualify for a return.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Securely pack your items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package before sending it to our San Diego processing facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
